What counts as an active client?
A client with ongoing work. Archived clients do not count toward your limit, so you can keep their history for the next project.
Do my clients need paid seats?
No. Team members work inside your CRM. Client portal logins are separate and unlimited on every planned launch plan.
How does yearly billing work?
The yearly option shows the monthly equivalent, with the full year billed together. Monthly billing is paid month by month. The capacity calculator uses monthly prices.
When can I subscribe?
Early access is planned for winter 2026/27. Joining the waitlist starts no subscription or payment. Final prices and billing terms will be available before paid signup opens.
